Rabbit hole of the day#

Every day, one public rabbit hole is picked and shown at the top of Discover, from what people liked, saved, commented on, shared, and continued. Your day starts at your own midnight. See every past one at Rabbit holes of the day, which anyone can open, and the latest few in Explore. A rabbit hole that was picked says so under its title. If one of yours is picked, you'll get a notification.

Starting October 15, 2026, members also get it by email each morning, around 8 AM where they are, with what happened while they were away. In the EEA and the UK it starts only once you say yes. Stop it with the link at the bottom of the email, or in Settings → Notifications. A rabbit hole of the day with no cover uploaded to White Rabbit gets a small pixel-art picture, drawn by an image model from its title and description and marked AI picture.

Explore#

Explore is a window onto what everyone on White Rabbit is exploring: what people are starting to look into, where on the internet they're going, trails that got picked up and taken further, and people who explore the way you do.

  • Emerging curiosity shows what people are independently starting to explore this week. It's ranked by how quickly new people are arriving, how deep they go, and how varied their sources are, never by likes or reposts.
  • The curiosity heatmap is a map of ten regions of the internet, each shaded by how many people explored it this week, with the topics moving inside it.

Topics#

Open any topic to see how many people explored it, the questions that start it, where people went, the sources the most thorough explorers reached, neighbouring topics, the discussion, and its rabbit holes.

Curiosity Graph and Curiosity DNA#

  • Curiosity Graph: on every profile, a small map of that person's topics, sized by how often they come up and linked where they meet.
  • Curiosity DNA: on someone else's profile, where your curiosity overlaps with theirs, and where theirs goes that yours rarely does. There are no compatibility scores.

Ask someone's internet#

On a profile, ask a question and get an answer drawn only from that person's rabbit holes that you're allowed to see. Every answer links back to the rabbit holes and Trail steps it came from. Their private rabbit holes are never used.

What's included#

Explore, topics, trends, and community answers are built only from public rabbit holes. Rabbit holes shared with followers or close friends, private rabbit holes, your browsing, and your messages are never included.
