What White Rabbit Plus adds, what it costs, and how to cancel.
Free and Plus#
White Rabbit is free to use: posting, following, forking, chats, capture, the Trail, and asking Rabbit are there for everyone. White Rabbit Plus is an optional subscription for people who want more room.

A rabbit hole's own board comes with it and never counts toward the 15, and neither do boards you made in chats you've left. A day is any 24 hours, and a week any 7 days; see Rabbit's allowance.
Get Plus#
- Go to Settings → Plans, or choose Upgrade to Plus in the menu under your profile picture.
- Select Upgrade to Plus. Stripe's checkout page opens.
- Pay, and you're brought back to White Rabbit with Plus on.
Plus is $7.99 a month in U.S. dollars, plus any tax where you live, and renews every month until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe: your card details go to Stripe, and White Rabbit never sees your full card number.
Manage or cancel Plus#
In Settings → Plans, select Manage billing to open Stripe's billing portal. There you can update your card, see past invoices, and cancel. When you cancel, you keep Plus until the end of the month you've paid for, and you aren't charged again. Until then, you can change your mind in the same place.
- Receipts and invoices. Stripe emails you a receipt for every payment. After Plus ends, select Billing history in Settings → Plans to see your past invoices.
- Refunds. Payments aren't refunded, including for part of a month, except where the law requires (see the Terms).
- If a payment doesn't go through, Stripe tries your card again for a while, and you keep Plus meanwhile. Settings → Plans asks you to update your card. If it still doesn't go through, Plus ends.
- Deleting your account cancels Plus right away, and the rest of the month you've paid for isn't refunded.
When Plus ends#
- Your boards stay. If you made more than 15 boards in chats, you keep every one, and you can still open, edit, and share them. You just can't make new ones in chats until you're under 15 again.
- Ask Rabbit on boards stops. The button stays on your boards, and shows what Plus adds.
- Rabbit's allowance goes back to Free's: 300,000 tokens a day and 1.2 million a week. What you used in the past 7 days still counts.
- Ads come back in Home's feeds.
Everything else stays as it was. Your rabbit holes, chats, and boards are yours on either plan.
