LSD: Dream Emulator is a PlayStation game based on someone's dream diary
1998, Japan only. No goal, no score: walk into anything and you get warped to another dream. Based on a dream diary an Asmik Ace employee kept for over a decade. It fell into obscurity and then got rediscovered through forums and Let's Plays.
